As the CRE lending industry continues to become more streamlined, financial lending institutions (banks) are able to offer their clients a variety of alternative appraisal products. We recognize that traditional appraisal reports are not applicable for all lending situations. As such, we provide CRE Evaluation reports to help our clients remain competitive. These Evaluation reports can help reduce the fees associated with the lending process. They are an alternative real estate valuation product to the traditional appraisal report and are primarily used for lending transactions with lower property values and/or lower lending thresholds.
